      How many Keys will I earn?

        • ThirdHome determines the value of each stay offered by members in “Keys,” the ThirdHome currency.
        • When you join, your home is assigned a base Key value, ranging from 1-5, based on its property value, desirability of the location, and the home’s appointments/amenities.
        • When you add an Off-Season or Non-Peak week into the Club, you can earn the base amount of Keys.
        • Add a Peak week and you can earn double your base Key value.
        • Add a Super Peak week and you can earn triple your base Key value.
