Members pay an Exchange fee for each stay they reserve. Standard Exchange fees range from $495 to $1,395 USD per stay (prices vary when booking Keyless).
The Exchange fee for each available stay is listed on the property page in the Availability section, and is a function of the number of Keys required for that reservation:
The only other charges that may apply would be specified on the property page in the description or the property details section. This may include such things as additional property staff, a cook or driver, or other available services/options. If tipping of staff is suggested, the Host Member should offer that information on the property page as well.
