How to Submit a Group Request

Group requests allow members to request a week not currently listed as available at certain resort properties for which the Club has multiple matching units.

PLEASE NOTE: Not all resort properties are eligible for requests. If a property page does not have a “Group Request Week” button, then the owner has chosen to not accept requests.

 

How to Find Resort Properties That Accept Group Requests:

1) Click the "Browse" tab and then select the "Filters" icon next to the "Where To?" search bar.

2) Scroll down and select the filters "Affiliate Resorts" and "Can Request Stays" and then click "View."

From there, you will be able to browse all affiliate properties that accept Week Requests.

 

How to Submit a Group Request:

1) After logging into your account, navigate to your desired resort property page. If you cannot find an available week that works for you, select the “Group Request Week” button under the Availability section of the property page.

2) You will be taken to the following Group Week Request page. From here, select your week of interest from the "Week Choice" drop-down menu and then enter the number of guests who will be joining you.

You can offer the standard number of Keys for the week, as shown, or you can click the box to "Offer more Keys" and designate the higher number of Keys you want to offer. The system will automatically adjust the cost of the exchange.

Then, once you are done, click "Submit Request."

The request will be sent to every ThirdHome member that owns this type of unit on Friday morning, and they will have until Tuesday (72 hours) to respond. The offered Keys will remain on hold in your account for the duration of the request.

 

If accepted, the reservation is then binding, and the Keys offered are immediately deducted from your account, and you then must move forward with paying the required Exchange Fee.
