If I have a conflict and cannot go on my ThirdHome trip, can I cancel a reservation that I have made?
You can contact the host and ask if they can accommodate you on a different date, but the host is under no obligation to do so. Guest Members are not entitled to a refund of either Exchange Fees or Keys if a Guest cancels a Reservation.
However, Travel Insurance is offered by ThirdHome, which is highly recommended to avoid losses if canceled. For the most inclusive benefits, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of reserving the stay.
