Keeping Your Profile Up-to-Date

 

If you have sold your vacation home or are considering selling your property, please let the ThirdHome team know.

  • It’s important to ensure that the weeks you add to the Exchange are made in good faith. If a member has booked a stay in your home, it is our expectation that you will make accommodations to honor that reservation.
  • Do not hesitate to pass along the new homeowner’s information, as you will receive a referral credit if they join.

Additionally, please update your account if your primary residence has moved or if any of your personal information has changed.

 

To Update Your Account:

Log into your account, click your "Account" icon, and then select "Manage Account."

This will you bring you to the Manage Account page. From there, click "Edit Profile."

From here, you can edit and update any personal information, such as phone number, primary address, billing preferences, spouse information, and more.
