How do I keep my profile up-to-date?
Making changes to email, phone number, primary address, billing preferences, and more.
If you have sold your vacation home or are considering selling your property, please let the ThirdHome team know.
- It’s important to ensure that the weeks you add to the Exchange are made in good faith. If a member has booked a stay in your home, it is our expectation that you will make accommodations to honor that reservation.
- Do not hesitate to pass along the new homeowner’s information, as you will receive a referral credit if they join.
Additionally, please update your account if your primary residence has moved or if any of your personal information has changed.
To Update Your Account:
Visit exchange.thirdhome.com. In the top right corner click the drop down menu. Scroll down to "Manage Account" and click here.
Then in the "Edit Profile" box, you will click "Edit" and from here you will be able to update all of your information such as phone number, primary address, billing preferences, spouse information, and more.
