Can a ThirdHome Member from Hyatt Vacation Club send guests on a stay without the member being on the stay?

The only people who can use a stay other than the member are the member’s spouse or adult children ages 25+. A name change form must be filled out by the member, and a name change fee paid to ThirdHome.
