Guest Cancellation Policy

We care about your experiences and want to ensure that you have only the best experience while being a part of our club. We kindly ask that these policies are respected to ensure the enjoyment of all members.

Guest Cancellations:

• Guests cannot cancel a reservation unless a Force Majeure event arises and travel is prohibited to the location in which their reservation is taking place.
• If a Guest is unable to travel for the dates they originally booked, they can reach out to the Host to see if the host can reschedule for a different week, but the Host is under no obligation to do so.
