Host Cancellation Policy

We care about your experiences and want to ensure that you have only the best experience while being a part of our club. We kindly ask that these policies are respected to ensure the enjoyment of all members.

Host Cancellations:

• Hosts cannot cancel a reservation unless a Force Majeure event arises and prohibits the stay from occurring.
• In the event that a Host is unable to honor a reservation for any other reason, the Host is responsible for all costs associated with the cancelation.
