Host Reservation Policy

To ensure the best experience possible within the Club, ThirdHome has reservation policies in place for both our Guests and Hosts.

 

As a Host:

  • You are responsible for covering the pre-arrival & departure cleaning fee for each reservation.
  • Daily or mid-stay cleaning can be offered to guests as an optional fee. Any updates to the property page cannot be retroactive and affect existing reservations.
  • You are responsible for following up with the Guest directly, no later than 48 hours after the Guest has booked your property.
  • We ask that you provide check-in instructions and house rules to Guests as soon as possible.
