Annual Dues of $295 per year are being waived for Hyatt Vacation Club Owners until 2026. When you use Keys to reserve a stay through ThirdHome, you pay an exchange fee to ThirdHome upon reserving the property. The exchange fee ranges from $495 to $1,395 per trip. Keyless bookings have a nominal additional charge.
