Guest Reservation Policy

To ensure the best experience possible within the Club, ThirdHome has reservation policies in place for both our Guests and Hosts.

 

As a Guest:

  • We encourage the account holder to be present for the stay; however, if you are unable to attend, only your spouse/domestic partner or child (25+ years of age) can be the designated guest.
  • If your child is the designated guest, our Name Change Form must be completed, as well as the $100 Name Change Fee be paid.
  • Please notify the Host of who will be present during your stay.
  • We ask that you do not make flight/travel arrangements until you have gotten in direct contact with the Host for their reservation. If you have not heard back from the Host 48 hours after making the reservation, please contact the Member Experience Team.
  • Please be mindful with property resources and utilities, such as HVAC systems, electricity, water, etc.
