Annual Dues of $295 per year are waived for the first calendar year for Hyatt Vacation Club Owners.

When you use Keys to reserve a stay through ThirdHome, you pay an exchange fee to ThirdHome upon reserving the property. The exchange fee ranges from $495 to $1,995 per trip.

Keyless bookings have a nominal $100 additional charge.
