What happens if I don't add my required qualifying week deposit?

If you do not add your required qualifying week deposit to the Exchange, your account will be placed in limited status, meaning you will NOT be able to:

  • Place a week on hold
  • Book an exchange until your active status is restored
  • Book an Adventures trip
  • Purchase top-off Keys
  • Use the Request a Week system

 

While in limited status, you will still be able to:

  • Access your account
  • Search the site for available stays
  • Set up saved searches
  • Receive availability notifications
  • If you receive a “Keyless promotion,” you are still eligible to book it (you must still pay your annual membership dues, which will be added once you go to the checkout screen of the booking process)
