If a ThirdHome member books a stay and is unable to make use of the reservation (i.e., will not personally be at the home), they may substitute their adult children, 25 years and older, as the primary guest on any ThirdHome reservation.
There is a $100 administrative fee any time a member initiates a guest name change.
When initiating a name change on a reservation, please provide your ThirdHome Member Experience Associate with the name of the new primary guest as well as a copy of that person's driver's license or similar state-issued ID.
